Dues - $18 for 3 years or $7 for 1 year
1.0  Membership qualification per CLUB bylaws is as follows: 
  • Sec. 1 - Club membership is open to all retired employees, or current/former employees who are eligible to retire [must be age 55 or older] and their spouses, of Heritage Companies and their predecessors.  Designation as a member in the Club may be granted to persons, not specifically defined above, when approved by the Board of Directors.  Spouses [must be age 55 or older] of deceased former employees qualify for membership.

    Sec. 4 - Members as defined above have had an affiliation, either directly or through a spouse, with Heritage Companies or their predecessor organizations.  These organizations have been the subject of restructuring acquisitions and mergers.  The genealogy of the predecessor organizations includes but is not limited to ERA, Remington Rand Univac, Sperry Rand Univac, Univac, Sperry, Unisys, and merged portions of Burroughs, Paramax, and Loral’s Minnesota entities.  The Heritage Companies are the Minnesota based business entities of Unisys and Lockheed Martin.

    Sec 5 - Club Associates are defined as current or former employees and spouses of either Unisys or Lockheed Martin or their predecessor companies in the Twin Cities of Minnesota who are under the age of 55 years.

As illustrated below, the genealogy of the predecessor organizations includes but is not limited to ERA, Remington Rand Univac, Sperry Rand Univac, Univac, Sperry, Unisys, and merged portions of Burroughs, Paramax, and LORAL's Minnesota entities.  

2.0 Membership Benefits
  1. Periodic newsletters with program announcements, obits, new members list, Legacy articles, misc, and lighter side
  2. Participation in three annual events; April Volunteer Recognition Breakfast, June Picnic, and December Christmas dinner/dance.
  3. Participation in half a dozen speaker programs each year
  4. Hosts of the spring Good Old Days (Roseville) and Winter Old Timers (Eagan)
  5. Ready contact information for monthly small group breakfasts, lunches, & a dinner
  6. Contact links with former co-workers via the Club Directory
  7. Opportunities for friendship via Club committee participation.
  8. Links to recreational activities, i.e. golf leagues, skeet & trap, ...

Invitation: Members and Club Associates may participate at all Club hosted programs and attend board meetings. Oh, yes - we are always recruiting volunteers for committees. Of our 1,000+ members; 87% live in Minnesota, 3% are in Wisconsin, 2% in Arizona, and 8% in 29 other states and two countries.
